Weekly Meditation:

The poet Hafiz was a Persian mysic and poet living in the 1300s. He wrote:

“I am a hole in a flute that the Christ’s breath moves through— listen to this music.”

What kind of music is Christ playing through you this week?

If you come across a short weekly meditation that you would like to share, be it a poem or a story, please let Shannon know.
